Policy on Sexual Violence, Bullying, and Discrimination

Shedhalle is committed to equality and social justice in the workplace and society. This is also reflected in the structures and cooperation at Shedhalle. Creating an environment critical of discrimination and sensitive to diversity at Shedhalle is an ongoing process. This regulation is a binding basis for Shedhalle on how to deal with issues of diversity and discrimination, sexual violence, and bullying:

The Gender Equality Act (GlG) protects employees from sexual and sexist harassment in the workplace. It obliges employers, such as Shedhalle, to prevent and intervene against employees and to create a harassment-free working environment for all employees. This regulation also provides measures to prevent and protect against all other forms of sexual violence and discrimination. Shedhalle is a working environment that does not tolerate any discrimination (including sexual and sexist harassment), bullying, or violence based on gender, gender identity, transphobia, homophobia, queerphobia, classism, ableism/disability discrimination, racism, ageism, adultism, lookism, and other forms.
